It’s time to take a break to breathe and relax, to come back to your center and return to your day focused, clear, calm and motivated.
Do you find it difficult to meditate or carve out quiet time for yourself during the day? Then this offering is for you – a little bit of peace and work-life balance on your lunch hour!
Enjoy a 20-minute relaxation practice where all you have to do is show up, lie down (or recline in a chair), listen and relax. That’s it!!!!!!
Use your yoga mat, the couch, or relax back in a chair.

Take time to PAUSE, and be guided into a journey of deep rest and relaxation that will recalibrate, rejuvenate and refresh you from the inside out.
PAUSE is a one-hour guided relaxation session customized for each client and their needs.
Each session includes a consultation and discussion, a customized guided relaxation and sound therapy experience, and personalized gifts to take home. Sessions are available in-person OR online.
